I have been driving in Mumbai since 1973. I have noticed that the major causes of traffic jams in Mumbai are: 1. Blocking of intersections, 2. Improper lane change 3. Impeding. I want to familiarise myself with traffic regulations concerning the above 3. I want to know the traffic rules that are aimed at easing traffic flow taking into consideration above 3 factors, which practically all countries in the world have taken into account to solve their traffic jams. Regards
