Great to see Jaipur/Agra on this list they are both great weekend getaways/picnic spots from Mumbai.
Nagothane is a beautiful destination in Raigad district. Just 2 hours drive from Mumbai/Pune. Lush green, lots of adventure activities including water sports like white water river rafting and scenic places to visit.

Hey I second Shubham..I recently visited nagaon beach & kihim beach which are not explored yet by many..they are very beautiful beaches..as other beaches are too crowded on peak days..these serve a very good option..and addition to that …water sports is also available..

U should also add khadakwasla and panchet . I have been there they are simply great places to visit in rainy season .
