Videocon recently launched their GSM services in Mumbai, though I am yet to find a shop that sells their Sim cards.
Being a new entrant, they have adopted a very aggressive marketing strategy. You see a lot of ads on the BEST buses that read “Pakdo life ka har signal”. Initially I thought they had only launched their cell phones, but they seem to have got into the telecom sector as well. Videcon has already started their services in Tamilnadu, Mumbai, Gujarat and Haryana.
Videocon has launched unlimited GPRS at Rs 96/- as opposed to Vodafone’s Rs 249/- plan.
i recharged my sim with 96 but my balance is still deducting…
