Indian Grand Prix – Just the thought of having an Indian grand prix gets a smile across Indian grand prix fans. They’ve waited way too long for this to happen. Initially, the track was supposed to be developed in Mumbai, then the focus shifted to Hyderabad and now finally, the Buddh Circuit (Indian Grand Prix) is being developed in Noida (outskirts of New Delhi).
Since, India will be hosting their first race, the stadium / track is bound to be full to its capacity and you should be booking your tickets early, if you are a true F1 fanatic.

Friday 28th October 2011 – Practice
Saturday 29th October 2011 – Qualifying (Starts at 2pm – local time)
Sunday 30th October 2011 – Race Day (Starts at 3pm – local time)
How much will it cost me to watch the race?
If you stay in New Delhi, ofcourse you only have to buy tickets for the race, but if you stay in Mumbai – you’re looking at travelling costs (air travel or train), accommodation costs and plus tickets for the race. Since the hotels around the circuit are fast filling, you need to act soon.
What is the ticket price for the Indian Grand Prix?
There are 6 categories or stands where you could see the race from. Each stand has a different view and on that basis, has a different price for the ticket.

Main Grand Stand West – This is the main stand and tickets for this stand are the most expensive. A single ticket for Main Grand stand west would cost you Rs 35,000/-

Premium Stand West – The ticket for Premium Stand West would cost you Rs 12,500/-

Star Stand 1,2 & 3 East – The ticket for these stands would cost you Rs 8,500/-

Classic Stands West, North & East – The ticket for these stands would cost you Rs 6,500/-

Picnic stands North & South – The ticket for this stand would cost you Rs 6,000/-

Natural Stand South – This is the cheapest ticket you could buy for the Indian Grand Prix, only for Rs 2,500/-
