Sprawling over 4 acres of lush green grass dunes, Nirvana Park is a perfect place to rest and relax at Powai, Mumbai. The park has a large variety of rare plants, trees, shrubs, hedges and edge plants. It is one of the few good Botanical Gardens in Mumbai. Visitors can enjoy a paddleboat ride, with multicolored fishes and a variety of aquatic plants in the pond. The park is complete with amazing fountains and beautiful cascades.
In keeping with its name, the park has been given an oriental theme. One of the first things that you’ll notice as you stroll through the park are the Asian inspired lanterns. Walk a little further along and you’ll encounter the children’s play area, complete with fun slides.
Friends and families readily join love bird couples in relaxing in this park. There are plenty of benches and pavilions to provide seating. However, the elevated machan for viewing the surroundings is a pleasant surprise.

It is located exactly opposite ICICI bank Powai Plaza, Central Avenue, Olympia Powai – 400076 by Hiranandani Constructions.
How to reach Nirvana Park?
The nearest railway station is Andheri (East) on the western line. There are buses and private autos which will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to reach Nirvana Park, Powai. If Coming via Western Express highway one can go via Aarey Colony, Seepz or via Andheri saki naka.
What are the timings?
It’s open daily from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m.
What is the entry fee?
The entry fee is 5 rupees for adults. Still camera fee is 10 rupees. Video cameras are not permitted. Neither is food.
