Harbour trains either travel from CST to Panvel, or CST to Andheri. If you are travelling from Andheri to CST, you can take a direct train, but if you plan to take a train from Andheri to Kurla, you will need to change trains at Wadala, and get onto a train travelling from CST towards Panvel, so you could get off at Kurla station.
