I just want to confirm has lease has been released from SBI in RTO record also as in my revised registration card nothing is mention. I do not understand who gives driving / autorickshaw licences when the driver refuse to take the passengers specially from Goregaon and Malad East , for example if you want to go NNP area, film city road, Malad /Goregaon (east), from Goregaon or Malad stations the autorickshaw drivers do not take passengers and they harrse the passengers to get more money over the meter rate . I would request you to please check the area at film city road from oberio mall to NNP area (Nagri Nihara Pada) where the autorickshaw drivers are harressing the passengers sepcially in the morning time and evening time that is office going and coming time.

My original driving licence was submitted to the RTO Andheri for misspelling of my Surname on 06.07.2011. Receipt No.10G 2702845. I have yet to receive my licence which I need urgently the traffic police do not accept the receipt and its difficult to drive without the original licence.

This is a Major conern which needs to be drawn to your attention, due to the bottle neck or as can be said unplanned construction of the Aryea Goregaon Bridge.
The traffice movement is terribly effected leading to Traffic Jams from Goregaon to all the way upto Kandivali Thankur complex bridge.
The amount of time and fuel wasted due to the Traffic Jam is enormas, hence as concerned citizen i would like to Draw to you attention a solution need to be found at the earliest.
Hope to see some intiative at earliest.

I applied for transfer of RC book original (Smart card) from second party(bank)to my own name along with Bank NOC certificates,transfer forms on 27th April 2011 at Kalyan RTO -Dist Thane. As per the rules RTO persons told me to come after 2 months to collect the RC book. After 2 months when i visited to RTO office,the RTO person told me to wait another 1 months as they need to check the status for the same. I visited after one month then they told me to come after a week, I visited at that time & they said me that all my documents along with my original RC book, NOC & transfer papers are lost from there side and they are not able to find the same. Since then im doing continuous followup and i was getting the same
answers from the RTO persons that we need to search. They have given one receipt to me after submitting original documents.
I request you to look into this matter personally.

I am a resident of Thane, my motor Driving license was issued in 1998 from RTO Wadala as my driving school was from Mulund. This driving licenses was renewed after 8 years expiry for 5 years in (2006). This renewed license has expired in 2011 July. This license is with a booklet and not smart card.
1. How do I get my license renewed now ? Is there a different procedure ? Can I get it done in Thane ?
I tried to call RTO Wadala, they did not answer saying they do not entertain enquiry.

I applied for a HMV driving License and successfully cleared the Tests on August-2011.
receipt Number is #ME 3855211, Inward number 159859 11 and licence number is MH03/16977.
They told that I will receive my License by Courier in 10-15 days,but I am yet to receive the same.
I have also went at Wadala RTO office so many time
in November and December but the officers told me that your licence still not posted by courier, if after 4months,my licence still not posted by courier then how will i get by post?
Will I know the status and till when i get it in my hand,which I need urgently and also the traffic police do not accept the receipt and its difficult to drive without the original licence
